CommuniTake offers a remote service platform for mobile devices with the following products:
CommuniTake Support - provides a remote device replica, automated issue resolution macros, device diagnosis and device applications and data management.
CommuniTake Enterprise – provides organization oriented resolution through contextual macros, marking and demonstration capabilities and device co-browsing.
CommuniTake Self Service – provides on-device self service operation leveraging automatic shortcuts,  step-by-step guidance and interactive guided resolution flows.
