RONEN SASSON, CEO

Mr. Sasson is Chief Executive Officer and a co-founder of CommuniTake.
Mr. Sasson is an accomplished software industry executive and visionary. He has an extensive history of pioneering new ground in business and telecommunication applications. Mr. Sasson has a proven record of strong leadership, passion and innovation with unparallel experience in bringing new ideas to a real mature asset. Mr. Sasson brings 22 years of successful experience managing high performance development (R&D & Implementations), sales, marketing and business development of hi-tech products and professional services.
Prior to CommuniTake, Mr. Sasson spent 14 years in Amdocs where he was the founder and general manager for the company's self service line-of-business vision, product and market direction, and commitment to customer service resulting in more than US$100M annual revenues in just 4 years. In addition, he inspired the company's culture by promoting core values that focused on people, innovation and integrity. Before joining Amdocs, Mr. Sasson worked in technical consulting for IAI Mallat and was technical and development officer in the IDF.
Mr. Sasson holds B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion. 
  ERAN KARPEN, VP R&D

Mr. Karpen is Vice President of Engineering and Product Development and co-founder of CommuniTake. In this role, he is responsible for leading a growing team of developers with diverse skill sets in business and engineering disciplines.
Prior to joining CommuniTake, Mr. Karpen’s professional background encompassed software development and managerial experience throughout multiple domains.
Mr. Karpen has specialized in developing innovative systems for a diverse span of applications and industries, including Internet, digital media and communication. Mr. Karpen held several senior level positions at software companies and technological organizations, including MobileSolid and the IDF.
Mr. Karpen holds B.Sc. in computer science from the Technion.
  AMI PERLMUTTER, CTO 

Mr. Perlmutter is Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of CommuniTake. In his role, Mr. Perlmutter oversees CommuniTake's technological and architectural vision with responsibility for the founding tools and technologies and on-demand operations for CommuniTake portfolio.
Prior to CommuniTake, Mr. Perlmutter was a leading software architect at MobileSolid focused on Internet and network technologies. In this role he was responsible for all tools and technologies used to build MobileSolid's applications, including project management, development environments, and performance and benchmarking, usability, translations, documentation, and training materials. Previously, Mr. Perlmutter worked for Mellanox as a software engineer in key development and field operations roles.
Mr. Perlmutter holds B.Sc. in computer science from the Technion.
  NOAM POTTER, PORTFOLIO AND MARKETING MANAGEMENT

Mr. Noam Potter is Portfolio and Marketing Manager for CommuniTake.
In his role, Mr. Potter leads CommuniTake’s solutions and marketing strategy, product management, branding and demand generation.
Mr. Potter is a senior expert with extensive experience in products and marketing management for telecom oriented software with an expertise in customer facing business processes and transacting customers’ mindset through advanced user interface and features.
Prior to joining CommuniTake, Mr. Potter held various roles in Amdocs including solution line management, product marketing, product management and business development. Mr. Potter also filled various marketing leadership positions in the direct marketing, lottery and food industries.
Mr. Potter holds a B.A. in Sociology and Economics and an MBA from the Tel-Aviv University.
  DAVID SHAMES, SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

David Shames is Sales and Business Development Manager for CommuniTake. David brings to this role wide and varied experience in all aspects of sales and delivery of large, complex software projects in the Telecommunications industry. David combines a strong technical orientation with proven business understanding in order to successfully communicate business benefits of technology-based offerings to both technical and non-technical customers and partners.
Prior to joining CommuniTake, David spent 14 years in Amdocs where he filled a range of different positions including management of the implementation of large-scale IT projects and business-oriented Sales Support. David held responsibility for all of the Presales activities for an Amdocs division targeting one of the largest, global groups of Telecommunications operators.
David holds a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from the University of Colorado in the USA.
