CommuniTake Announces General Availability of CommuniTake 6.0

The new release enables complete secure device, voice and text communications and enhances in-store demo devices management

The mobility management landscape is increasingly crowded with one-off technology solutions that can actually complicate the ways in which devices are managed and secured. Modern mobility management demands a unified, device-driven approach, not the functionality silos and integration challenges that point solutions create. To help organizations navigate this continuously shifting landscape and sustain their competitive edge, CommuniTake has released two new CommuniTake Mobility Suite Extensions: CommuniTake In-Store Care and CommuniTake INTACT.

In-Store Care is the first industry-specific mobility system for managing demo mobile devices. It enables Communications Service Providers to minimize maintenance costs across their stores by performing mass over-the-air configuration and brand engagement via single point of control. It extends the visibility of in-store activities and provides insights on prospects’ purchase experience. It facilitates better customer service practices via multiple support and remote control solutions to ensure proper use of demo devices and timely resolution of customer issues.

Key capabilities of CommuniTake In-Store Care include:

  • Central device management by stores attributes
  • Mass configuration of on-device branding elements
  • Customer experience insights by monitoring apps and devices use
  • Central over-the-air distribution of content, including silent installation of apps
  • Integrated remote control

The new In-Store Care offering allows administrators to proactively monitor in-store operations, automate maintenance, gain access to actionable information in real-time, improve resource planning and maximize customer satisfaction. It helps CSPs to differentiate themselves from their competitors and supports them in their quest to monetize brick-and-mortar operation.

CommuniTake INTACT marks the dawn of next-generation for secure mobile devices. INTACT provides contained messaging, encrypted voice calls, internal only apps catalog and complete remote device control – all under a central integrated device management system. INTACT can be deployed in several ways: (all deployments contain the central device management system)

1. Secure communications (voice; messaging; files).

2. Secure communications plus a dedicated firmware for better security enforcement.

3. Hardware and firmware which have been engineered to work together from the ground up to offer exceptional security.

This latest release provides businesses with improved productivity by letting users effectively communicate in a free and safe way. With a simple, all-in-one suite, customers can quickly deploy advanced enterprise mobility control, enhance maintainability, achieve out-of-the-box security and get more value by integrating new support capabilities with existing mobility applications.

“We continue our commitment to helping CSPs deliver best-in-class customer experiences by unveiling the first mobility system for managing demo devices. We enable CSPs to proactively monitor and optimize the in-store customer purchase experience while capitalizing on operational excellence and existing investments”, said Ronen Sasson, CommuniTake CEO. “At the same time, we help organizations be more competitive and productive by empowering them to move away from security challenges and freely run their business without communications risks. By making it safer than ever to communicate and share business insights across the enterprise, we are enabling our business customers to move fast and impact business metrics and strategy – all at a very affordable cost”.
